Yep, I’ve been watching episodes of this series recently. Couldn’t resist making a paper toy of the main character. I just created a template with pointy ears, you think I should go make the most of it and come up with other pointy-eared characters – Wolverine anyone? Uhmm… Heihachi maybe? LOL

It's the Bat!

Batman of the Future
Get the template from the downloads section. Dont forget to sign up first so you can receive the download password in the mail. Registration is free, just enter your email address in the subscribe field at the right-hand side of page header.
Quick question, for those of you who have downloaded the Dragon paper toy, do you think the arms and hands are a bit “thick”? By thick, I mean 2D dimensions and not the actual thickness of the paper. I’m thinking of “thinning” them a bit for the next templates.
Let me know what you think.
Cheers!

I think the arms are just about right. I wouldn’t change them. The huge cartooniness is what makes these great.

Hi nerosfx,
Welcome back I guess LOL!
I released “The Bat” to fit a letter-sized sheet, 8.5″ x 11″
As for the type of paper – any card stock will do, probably around 120 gsm (32 lb).
Just never do it on paper, assembly can be difficult if it’s too thin.
I hope that helps.
Let me know how it goes, and send pics
Cheers!
