Crafty Collaborations
This is Paper Toy Adventures’ version of the ” Vulcan Mind Meld “. It’s very simple – I’ll provide the template while you, provide the graphics. For more information about how this section came to be, go here.
Just follow these 6 steps:
- Decide on what character to make a paper toy of ( original or otherwise, it’s absolutely your call ).
- Choose a blank template from the downloads section ( you’ll need to subscribe to gain access ).
- Inform me if you need any adjustments on the template ( within reason and only if necessary )
- Create the graphic, print it out, assemble the toy, and take pictures of your wonderful creation ( likely in that order LOL )
- Send me the pictures along with links to your site and downloads section, a file of the finished template, as well as information about yourself and how I should refer to you ( this is so I can write a post about your custom. You can reach me through the contact form of the blog, we’ll switch to emails from there ).
- All resulting paper toy templates will be featured in the Crafty Collabs section ( coming soon ). The templates will be available for download from this site as well as from the site of the collaborative artist.
Some Rules ( They’re more like ” GUIDELINES ” anyway… )
- Credit where credit is due. Yourself for the art and concept, me for the template.
- When you post about your custom, don’t forget to link to this blog.
- Don’t forget to tell me about it too, so I can write a post about it here.
- Lay off my to do list ( I get first dibs since I did the template, cool? OR let me know if you want to work on those characters, so I can adjust accordingly – this is to avoid doubles )
- Let’s get connected – banner link anyone?
That’s that. Any questions? Just send me a message using the contact form.
Cheers!
