Daredevil (Red) Paper Toy Now Available!

Monday, June 1st, 2015

This guy was requested a lot here and on Instagram – happy to oblige. I’ve been wanting to release a paper toy based on the Man Without Fear a long time ago, so here it is – Daredevil in his Netflix red (armored) suit is now available for download.

The Man In Red Tights 😉

I like the Netflix red costume better than the Ben Affleck version – yeah, I’m not really a purist when it comes to costumes LOL. That said, I kept the eyes white as a personal preference – feel free to color it “red” if you prefer otherwise.

Hello All!

Just posting an update of the Daredevil paper toy I’m putting together. Once I finish test-assembling it, I’ll upload the template in the downloads section. Should be done this week or early next – just to wrap up a few work stuff first 😉

The Hulkbuster Paper Toy, Now Available!

Thursday, April 30th, 2015

Well this paper toy was tough to do LOL

I just realized how rusty I am in putting together a paper toy – I’m not that used to my graphic tools anymore. I even forgot how to upload files via FTP LOL. Plus this character had a boatload of detail needed to get the look right.

What a way to jumpstart things – I’m glad I did it though.

HULKBUSTER, SMASH!!!

Anyway, it’s finally finished. To those who requested for the feature that allowed fitting an Iron Man paper toy inside the Hulkbuster, it IS possible to do, but I didn’t have time to work that into this model, so, maybe next time.

The Hulkbuster Paper Toy In Progress

Tuesday, April 28th, 2015

Hello there!

I just wanted to share an update. This is what I have so far – the toy shape is based on the BRUTE template, but with some minor modifications. The prototype in the image is still missing the arms – I didn’t like the result when I was experimenting with said modifications so I had to go back to the drawing board.

The Hulkbuster paper toy in progress.

The final version should be ready in a few days. Check back again later this week.

What are you waiting for? You know you want to 😉

Lastly, in case any of you guys want day-to-day updates on the goings on over here, grab your phones and follow the papertoyadventures instagram account. I post a bunch of updates there that normally don’t find their way in here.

That’s it for now.

Share if you care!

Cheers!

What to do next?

Tuesday, April 14th, 2015

So, I was thinking about  which character to work on as my first paper craft project after a long hiatus.

And I’ve been thinking about getting things started with this beauty:

Marvel's Hulkbuster Is next!

Oddly enough, a very smart guy (I don’t have permission to use his name – coz I forgot to ask) from the interwebs suggested doing this same character – which ultimately helped me make a decision. Anyway, check back in the next few days to see my version of the Hulkbuster!

The Villains Gallery Part 8: Doctor Octopus

Monday, September 17th, 2012

Mixing it up a bit this month, yet again, today we continue the first installment of the Villains gallery paper toy series, first concocted here.  This time around, we proudly present the good Doctor Octavius!

Why don't we shake on that...

Mechanical arms, never leave home without 'em!

This wonderful Crafty Collab was created by none other than Rayenyson.   He skillfully took up the challenge of designing Doc Oc’s mechanical arms.  This guy has major skills pulling off this one – my hat goes off to him!

If you just joined us, please feel free to check out the villains released previously.

Crafty Collab: March of the Spider-Men Part 4: Carnage

Tuesday, August 28th, 2012

Alright, one more Symbiote for now, then we’ll switch over to the heroes after.

This week, we’ve got another crafty creation from Chihuahua Mexico!  Alonso BaĆtista ViÄ”alobos’ contribution this week is CARNAGE!  For those of you who are just tuning in, Alonso is the same guy who gave us Black Spidey and Venom (contender version), and Phantom 2040.

Let's shake on that!

For more of Alonso’s customs on his blog, go check it out!

Methinks it’s way cool!  Luv those deadly appendages, don’t you?  Don’t leave home without ’em.

Crafty Collab: March of the Spider-Men Part 2: Venom, The Brute Edition

Monday, August 13th, 2012

Hi All!

Part 2 of the spider march brings you Venom, the 2nd time around!  This time by Austin Billingsley who used the Brute template on his version of this classic Spidey villain.

For those of you who just joined us, Austin also provided us with The Joker, another iconic Villain in the comic verse.

Many thanks go out to Austin.  I’m definitely looking forward to more of his creations.

Venom with the tongue-lash action.

Happy Venom, ready to tuck you in at night.

Check back next week to find out who’s next.

The Villains Gallery Part 7B: Red Skull

Tuesday, July 10th, 2012

Moving on to the next member of our very first Villains Gallery series, I bring you the Red Skull!  In all his scarlet splendor.

Unfortunately, I didn’t have time to design a German military officer’s hat.  I’ll probably get to that later on, I’ve meaning to come up with a bunch of contender-compatible headgear anyway.  So for now, you have to contend with the figure and a pair of guns (which I should have replaced with a Luger LOL – Ugh! so many things to do, so little time ).

I WANT YOU!

I'm back! Tell Captain America.

If you need any help in putting this paper toy together, just go to the Assembly Instructions page.  You’ll find plenty of quick links to step-by-step tutorials no how to assemble the toys released from this blog.

The Red Skull, is coming to your desktops…

Very, very soon.

Quick download the captain right away!

The Red Skull used to pose for a prominent men's magazine. This shot is just one of the many pictures unearthed from the Crimson Collection 😉

Check back next week, the template should be ready by then.
